Hypersensible - Original drawing
This drawing is really personal to me. I named her hypersensibe which is the french terminology for "High Sensitive Person" or HSP. The rain drops represent the high emotional sensivity that, like rain, cannot be controlled. It's the overwhelming feeling of experiencing everything more intensely, for others and ourselves. From joy to pain, from anxiety to calm. The 5 hydrangeas represent the 5 senses and therefore the physical sensitivity, from the smell of a flower to a single rain drop falling on the skin. It looks like she is crying but it really is about the calm and peace she feels when she is alone and in a non toxic environment far away from overstimulation.
